Returns & Refunds

• Sometimes it doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery. 
• We inspect all returned items. The product must be in a new or unused condition with all original product inserts and accessories.
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer in case of buyer’s remorse. 

• We will refund the cost of items and shipping cost for defective Items or errors and also shipping cost to bring the items back to the facility. 

• Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. 

• All returns need to have a filled return form emailed to for further return instructions. 

• Refunds are done once the item has arrived at our facility. Funds deposits arrival depends on the bank.
